Parsio plans and prices as read on 3 October 2026

Parsio pricing starts at $0 for the Sandbox plan with 30 credits a month, and paid plans start at $29 a month for 100 credits when billed monthly. All prices are in US dollars. Annual billing costs ten times the monthly price, paid up front, which Parsio describes as a saving of about 17%.

The Starter and Business plans each have a slider, so one plan name covers several credit levels. The table lists every level shown on Parsio's pricing page on 3 October 2026.

Above 100,000 credits Parsio asks you to contact it for a custom plan. Besides credits, the plans differ in three ways. Stored documents are kept for 30 days on Sandbox, 90 days on Starter and Growth, and 180 days on Business. Sandbox and Starter are single-user, while Growth and Business allow unlimited team members. Priority support is listed for Business only.

Is Parsio free? What the Sandbox plan includes

Yes. The Sandbox plan is free with no time limit and no credit card. It gives 30 credits every month and access to all four parser engines, exports to Excel, CSV and JSON, the Google Sheets integration, webhooks, the API and the Zapier, Make and n8n connections.

What it leaves out is the AI code assistant for post-processing, team seats and anything beyond 30 days of document retention. Thirty credits is enough to test a layout properly, but it only covers 10 invoice pages on the AI parser. Parsio's terms also forbid opening several free accounts to get around the limit.

How Parsio credits are used by each parser type

A credit is spent the first time an email or document is parsed. How many credits depends on the engine you pick for that inbox, according to Parsio's help center.

Parsio credit cost per parser engine, per the Parsio help center on 3 October 2026
Parser engineTypical useCost
Template-based parserOrder emails, notifications, fixed layouts1 credit per document
OCR converterTurning scans into editable text or tables1 credit per page
GPT-powered parserEmails and PDFs with changing layouts2 credits per page
AI parserInvoices, receipts, bank statements, IDs3 credits per page

This is the detail that changes your bill. A plan with 1,000 credits handles 1,000 templated emails, 500 GPT pages or 333 AI pages. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. The trade-off between engines is covered in templates versus AI extraction.

Worked cost example: 600 order emails and 400 invoices a month

Take a shop that receives 600 order confirmation emails and 400 one-page supplier invoices each month.

  • 600 emails on the template parser: 600 credits.
  • 400 invoice pages on the AI parser: 400 x 3 = 1,200 credits.
  • Total: 1,800 credits a month.

The 1,000-credit Starter level is too small, and the next step up is Growth at 5,000 credits. That is $149 a month billed monthly, or $1,490 a year, with 3,200 credits left unused each month.

Moving the invoices to the GPT parser at two credits a page would cut them to 800 credits, but the total would be 1,400, still above the 1,000-credit Starter level at $49 a month. This shop needs Growth either way, so the jump from 1,000 to 5,000 credits is the point to model before you buy. A fuller method is in working out the running cost of document extraction.

No overage fees and no refunds: what happens at the limit

Parsio does not charge per-document overage. When credits run out, the inbox still receives email but nothing is parsed until the next billing period. You can upgrade, or switch on early plan renewal to restart the period and refill credits at once. Documents that were already parsed can be reprocessed without a new charge, because a credit is only used on the first parse.

Parsio's terms of service say all purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from the account plans page, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades apply at the end of the cycle. Payment is by credit card only. Because an annual plan cannot be refunded, a month on monthly billing is the safer first step.

Who Parsio pricing suits and who should compare first

The pricing suits a small business that mostly parses templated emails, since each costs one credit and 1,000 of them cost $49 a month. It also suits teams that want to test for free with no deadline.

It suits less well if nearly everything you process is multi-page invoices on the AI parser, because three credits per page uses up a plan quickly. In that case compare a flat per-page tool in Parsio vs Parseur, or see the wider list of Parsio alternatives with their entry prices. Prices here were read on 3 October 2026 and can change.
